Project description

The Ciudad del Marisco (seafood city) project is a 2017 building located within the north fishing estate in the harbour area of Huelva (37°15’59.1″N 6°57’35.9″W). It is a new industrial building for mixed use: the processing of fish and seafood in the Port of Huelva.

Highlights

  • The thermal enclosure without thermal bridges is resolved employing an inverted cover with external insulation of XPS and continuous insulation of LM inside in the sheathing of preformed food quality panel and LM under a floating screed floor in contact with the ground.
  • The incorporation of air-source heat pumps are used for a highly efficient system in the production of ACS.
