The Applied Multidisciplinary Engineering Group (GIMA for its initials in Spanish), code TEP 964 in the Andalusian Plan for Research, Development and Innovation, PAIDI, is comprised of 11 researchers from the Department of Electrical and Thermal Engineering, Design and Projects, at the University of Huelva. Eight of them hold PhDs (seven Full Professors, one Associate Professor and one Assistant Professor) and three have advanced degrees (two Lecturers and one external collaborator). The group was registered in the Andalusian Scientific Information System at the beginning of 2017 and has 209 journal publications, 217 contributions to scientific congresses and conferences and has participated in 73 projects related to its thematic areas. Its activity includes the UNESCO areas of “Nuclear Technology”, “Energy Technology”, “Electrical Instruments”, “Electrical Engineering and Technology” and “Industrial Technology”.
